Today, EPC projects in the country are growing rapidly and are more welcomed due to its main advantages, namely the assurance of the final price and the final date of completion of the project.

The use of EPC contracts has grown at an unprecedented rate in recent years, and almost every construction and contracting project deals with this contract.

The first and perhaps most important feature of EPC contracts is the transfer of project execution risk to the contractor. Since the design, equipment supply, and construction are completely interconnected, it is in the employer's interest to place the set of these elements on a specific contractor and to ask him for the responsibilities and possible damages of the execution.
