History

Saman Project-Based Company (Public Joint Stock Company) was established with an initial capital of four hundred billion Rials (four hundred million shares of one thousand Rials by name) and with the participation of a number of investment companies and power industry companies And Tehran non-commercial institutions were registered. At the end of 2008, the share of Satkab and Tavanir companies was transferred to Saba Electricity and Energy Industries Company (affiliated to the Mostazafan Foundation) through the Privatization Organization and the share of the Social Security Investment Company. According to the approvals of the Extraordinary General Assembly, the first stage of the capital increase of the company dated 12/1/2005 in the amount of 3.564 billion Rials and in the second stage on 11/05/2009 the amount of 800 billion Rials and in the third stage dated 08/30/2010 The amount of 1,661,100 million rials has increased. The fourth stage of increasing the company's capital was approved on 11/3/1392 in the amount of 780 billion Rials, which on 17/9/94 reached 2.441 billion Rials.

Saman Project-Based Company has been registered with the Stock Exchange and Securities Organization since 2010 and has provided the possibility of interacting with the capital market by transferring shares and providing development resources from the place of asset conversion and also attracting foreign resources and the investor partner. . The company entered the OTC market in Iran on 11/15/2013.
