Project Management (MC)

Among the factors that have led to the non-prevalence of the use of new methods in the management of the country's development plans, organizational constraints, lack of risk-taking of the executive apparatus, lack of awareness of project implementers of new methods and finally non-compliance of methods invented in other countries with our country is.

In fact, the project management method has emerged as a result of modifying management methods in guiding and carrying out projects. In this method, the contract with construction contractors can be done in two ways:

  • When the employer, in order to get rid of the conflicts and risks transferred from the construction contractors, prefers to conclude a contract only with the project management and then he concludes a contract directly with the construction contractors in connection with the execution of work packages.
  • When the employer prefers to conclude construction contracts directly and without the mediation of the MC with the contractors and only the MC is responsible for consulting in selecting the contractors and managing their performance. In this case, the MC plays a similar role to the construction management (CM) and the risks transferred to it are very limited.
